Pilot Me is a community service organization that connects Rutgers University–New Brunswick undergraduates with local youth through weekly one-on-one mentoring sessions. In partnership with the New Brunswick Free Public Library, the program provides a safe, supportive environment that promotes children’s academic, social, and verbal development. Undergraduate volunteers receive mentorship training while gaining meaningful service experience that enhances their education. Pilot Me strengthens the connection between Rutgers and the greater New Brunswick community through sustained civic engagement. (CACSA-509)
