Rooted in traditional Japanese techniques and founded by Morihei Ueshiba, Aikido emphasizes control, balance, and discipline over force.

Watch (or join!) interactive demonstrations on the mats featuring joint locks, throws, pins, and safe falling and rolling techniques — plus examples of how Aikido prepares practitioners to defend against weapons like swords, knives, and staffs.
