Students will learn about leadership experiences, healthcare competitions, volunteer initiatives, and networking opportunities with healthcare professionals that help members build skills for future medical and health-related careers. The program will also highlight Rutgers HOSA’s participation in conferences such as the State Leadership Conference and the impact the organization has on preparing students to become future health leaders.
